Design
-Two rail chassis with transverse fixed front beam axle.Single curve waist with engine rail curved and welded to chassis outer main rail.Designed for use with Briggs and Stratton type 4-stroke engines and Yamaha Sportsman and restricted junior classes.

Chassis Tubing
-Chassis main rails in 28mm dia. chromoly tubing.   Chassis rearmost transverse cross rail all in 30mm dia. chromoly tubing.

Axle
-Height adjustable, 40mm dia. tube axle supported by three single race RHP bearings with matched, blue anodized, aluminum bearing carriers machined from a solid block of aircraft spec aluminum alloy.

Rear Wheel Hubs
-60 mm long, blue anodized hubs machined from a solid block of aircraft spec aluminum alloy with single locking bolt and three wheel retaining studs.

Rear Wheel Nuts
-Blue anodized, conical long reach nuts machined from aircraft spec aluminum alloy.

Wheelbase
-1040 mm

Steering
-Steering system with adjustable ackerman, caster and camber.

Spindles (Stub axles)
-Font ride-height adjustable, chromed stub axles machined from steel bar with robotically welded steering arm.

Steering Wheel
-Black alkantara covered three spoke steering wheel.   Blue anodized, reach adjustable, steering wheel boss machined from aircraft spec aluminum alloy.

Braking System
-Pro-lightened cast iron disc of 210mm dia.   Brake caliper unit machined from a solid block of aircraft spec aluminum alloy with two pistons.  Braided stainless steel plastic coated brake lines.  Blue anodized master cylinder machined from a solid block of aircraft spec aluminum alloy operated by adjustable pull-rod.

Seat
-Clear, woven fiber reinforced plastic.

Fuel Tank
-Fuel tank of 3 liters.

Wheels
-Cast and machined aluminum one piece wheels, 125mm wide x 5 in. dia. fronts / 210 mm wide x 5 in. dia. rears.

Bodywork
-Deformable injection molded silver front panel.  (Optional side pod kit available.)
